2. Services Provided

Luxury Relaxation offers mobile spa services including but not limited to:

  • Massage treatments

  • Facials

  • Manicures and pedicures

  • Group and event spa sessions

All services are provided by trained therapists using professional products and equipment.

3. Bookings

  • All bookings must be made via our website, WhatsApp, phone, or email.

  • Bookings are only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from our team.

  • We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion based on availability, travel limitations, or unsuitability of the location.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Quoted rates will be honored once a booking is confirmed.

  • Payment is accepted via cash, EFT, or other approved methods.

  • For large group or event bookings, a deposit may be required.

  • Full payment must be made on or before the day of the appointment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellations and refund requests are subject to our Booking & Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms and Conditions.
Late cancellations, no-shows, or failure to provide a suitable location may result in charges being applied.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information during the booking process

  • Ensuring a safe, clean, and private space for treatments

  • Informing us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to treatment

  • Ensuring timely arrival and access to the treatment space

We reserve the right to decline or stop a treatment if we believe it is unsafe or inappropriate to proceed.

7. Travel and Access

Our team travels to your lodge, home, or event location. Travel is included within defined service areas. Additional travel fees may apply beyond a set radius.
We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of inaccessible, unsafe, or unsanitary environments.

8. Health and Safety

Client safety is our top priority. We maintain strict hygiene and sanitization standards.
We may decline to perform treatments on clients who appear to be ill, injured, or present health risks to our staff or others.

9. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure a safe and professional experience, [Your Business Name] and its staff shall not be held liable for:

  • Allergic reactions to products (unless previously disclosed)

  • Injuries or complications not caused by negligence

  • Delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, illness, transport issues)
