3. Bookings

Bookings are only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from our team.

We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion based on availability, travel limitations, or unsuitability of the location.
4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are subject to change without notice. Quoted rates will be honored once a booking is confirmed.

Payment is accepted via cash, EFT, or other approved methods.

For large group or event bookings, a deposit may be required.

Our team travels to your lodge, home, or event location. Travel is included within defined service areas. Additional travel fees may apply beyond a set radius.
We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of inaccessible, unsafe, or unsanitary environments.
8. Health and Safety
Client safety is our top priority. We maintain strict hygiene and sanitization standards.
We may decline to perform treatments on clients who appear to be ill, injured, or present health risks to our staff or others.
