Booking & Cancelation

How to Book:

Clients may book treatments through:

• Our website contact form

• WhatsApp or phone call

• Email

When booking, please provide:

• Name and contact details

• Treatment preferences

• Preferred date and time

• Location (lodge or venue name)

Lead Time:

We recommend bookings be made at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. Same-day bookings may be possible depending on therapist availability and travel time but are not guaranteed.

Group Bookings:

For multiple treatments or group spa days, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to plan staff scheduling and logistics.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedules can change. However, due to the time and preparation involved in mobile spa services, we kindly ask that cancellations and changes be made as early as possible.

Cancellations:

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the appointment may be charged 50% of the treatment cost.

• No-shows (appointments missed without notice) may be charged 100% of the treatment cost.

Rescheduling:

• Rescheduling requests are accepted up to 12 hours before the appointment without penalty.

• Late rescheduling (within 12 hours) may be subject to availability and rescheduling fees.

3. Weather & Location Conditions

As a mobile spa, our ability to deliver services depends on having a safe, clean, and suitable treatment space at your lodge or location. In the event of:

• Bad weather (for outdoor setups)

• Unsafe or unsuitable treatment areas

We may need to adjust, relocate, or postpone the service. If no suitable alternative is available, cancellation policies may still apply unless waived at our discretion.

4. Exceptions

We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us directly in such cases. Exceptions to this policy may be made for medical emergencies or situations beyond your control, at our discretion.
