
Refund Policy
1. General Policy
At Luxury Relaxation, we are committed to delivering high-quality mobile spa services. Due to the nature of our business — where time, travel, and preparation are allocated to each appointment — our refund policy is outlined below.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are generally not issued for completed treatments.
2. Deposits
If a deposit is required to secure your appointment or group booking:

Deposits are non-refundable unless the cancellation is made more than 48 hours in advance.

Deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if the rescheduling is done with proper notice (24–48 hours, depending on your booking terms).
3. Refunds for Services
Once a treatment has been delivered:

No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction unless there is clear evidence of negligence or failure to provide the agreed service.

If a guest is unhappy, we encourage immediate communication so we can address concerns on-site.
4. Missed Appointments or Late Cancellations

Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice are not eligible for a refund.

Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance are also non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed upon.
5. Prepaid Packages
If a client books and pays for a package in advance:

Partial refunds may be offered only for unused sessions if cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice before the first scheduled treatment.

Once the first session of the package has been delivered, no refunds will be issued.
6. Events Outside of Our Control
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to events such as:

Unsafe or unsuitable treatment conditions at the location

Health and safety concerns

Staff illness or emergency
In such cases, clients will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund for the cancelled appointment.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or discuss your booking:
